Which dress is better for a wedding?

I am attending a wedding at a winery and the attire is formal, so I want to wear a long dress. I narrowed it down to these two BCBG dresses. Which one should I wear?

Personally, the purple will bring out your skin tone, and all of the oil on it. And the animal print on the other one, isn't exactly formal either.
